Hemingway & Hansen, LLP was founded in October of 2005 in Dallas, Texas by D. Scott Hemingway and Eugenia S. Hansen, IP lawyers, each with over 20 years of experience in both boutique and international law firms. The firm has remained small by design, so that clients may be directly represented by one of the named partners in their IP matters. The firm handles litigation, prosecution, and licensing and focuses solely on intellectual property and closely related business disputes.
